Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cups spinach blanched and puree


  • 2 tbsp almond & cashed nuts paste


  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 1 cups wheaped cream


  • 1/2 cups dry roast peanut crushed


  • 1/4 cups sugar for syrup


  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder


  • 15 nos grapes puree

Directions

  • Heat a kadai pour the spinach puree stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil.
  • Then add milk powder, ghee, honey, jaggery,grapes puree, Kaju almond paste and mix it properly, After 2-3 minutes it starts to thicken, after it thickens sprinkle cinnamon powder & cool it.
  • When completely cool down then add wheaped cream .
  • Mix it thoroughly.
  • For peanut - heat a kadai roast the peanuts in the low flame for about 5 minutes .
  • Make sugar syrup
  • Crushed the peanuts then pour with sugar syrup cook for 3 minutes , then ready for serving.
  • Then add whipped cream into a piping bag, take a shot glass fill it half & decorate with sweet peanut and whipped cream ,serve chilled.
